Our Staff

The staff at The Learning Garden are a group of outstanding professionals that understand their role as facilitators in the early childhood world. As child care professionals, each member of our team, take pride in their profession by joining organizations like NAEYC, RAEYC, and SECA. They are eager to attend monthly workshops to continue their education, including CPR and First Aid certification yearly. Our staff realize that learning is a life long adventure.

Director

The Learning Garden is locally owned and operated. Ms. Kim Cruz or Regina Ming are on site everyday.

Curriculum Coordinator

With a degree in education our curriculum coordinator oversees all the teaching staff to ensure they are developing developmentally appropriate activities to ensure all children are receiving the education needed for a successful school experience.

Lead Teacher

With a minimum of four years experience, a degree in ECE, CDA or a TECTA certificate, and a love for teaching, our lead teachers oversee and plan age appropriate activities in each classroom.

Teacher Aids

Aids all have one thing in common, a love of children! Whether they are moms or just aspire to teach, they are an important part of your child’s classroom.

Enrichment Teachers-(included in tuition)

All of our extra curricular teachers are very important to our program. All have a certificates in their field and enhance your child’s experience.
