Located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, The Learning Garden’s mission is to provoke learning through interaction. Respecting the child’s investigated powers and their ability to think, plan, criticize, collaborate, and learn from all they do.
Our philosophy at The Learning Garden includes creating “an amiable school” that welcomes families, the community, and invites relationships among teachers, children, and parents to intensify and deepen to strengthen a child’s sense of identity.
The Learning Garden’s goal is to develop the whole child. We believe that children are capable, active learners, constructing their knowledge through exploration, investigation, story, and play. Our safe, age-specific classrooms allow them to do this under the careful watch of professional, caring staff. Children leave The Learning Garden well-prepared for their future education. They are empowered to acquire the skills needed to become responsible members of the community, creative problem solvers, and life-long learners.
Our program hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00am until 6:00pm. Activities begins everyday promptly at 8:00am. Drop off is from 6:00am until 8:00am daily. Pick up is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm daily.
